As I say goodbye to Canada for a while, l've been rolling back my favourite memories here. This sensory experience of driving by our local reservoir at sunset always makes me think of loved ones in a way that only brings up the lightest feelings. I'm not sure where our soul goes after our conscious life, but these seconds of sparkling pure light being reflected on the water feel like a moment of haze between that world and ours. It's been one of my happiest places to enjoy my evenings over the years. It is like a reunion each time.
